Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using GPB Boost ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free trial users.

2. Description of Service

GPB Boost is an AI-powered tool that generates and schedules posts to Google Business Profile listings. The Service connects to your Google account via OAuth2 and uses the Google Business Profile API to publish content on your behalf.

3. Account Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You must have a valid Google account and own or have authorized access to the Google Business Profile(s) you connect.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Free Trial

GPB Boost offers a 14-day free trial on all paid plans. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period:

  • Your subscription will not automatically activate — you will need to enter payment information to continue.
  • Access to paid features will be suspended until payment is provided.
  • Free trial benefits cannot be combined or stacked across accounts.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed in USD.
  • Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GPB Boost to:

  • Post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or in violation of Google's Business Profile policies.
  • Spam, harass, or post unsolicited commercial content.
  • Circumvent any rate limits or technical restrictions.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service.

You are solely responsible for all content published to your Google Business Profile through the Service.

7. Google Business Profile Compliance

GPB Boost publishes content through the official Google Business Profile API. You remain responsible for ensuring all published content complies with Google's content policies. GPB Boost is not responsible for content removed or accounts suspended by Google.

8. AI-Generated Content

Posts generated by GPB Boost use large language models (Anthropic Claude). AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing posts before publication and for any content published to your business listing. GPB Boost makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated output.

9. Intellectual Property

GPB Boost and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GPB Boost and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

AI-generated post content produced for your business is yours to use. You grant GPB Boost a limited license to store and transmit content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements or improve your search rankings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GPB Boost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or non-payment. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or canceling via the billing portal.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
